Cycle Pressing Production Line
Detailed Function Introduction
Working Principle:The short cycle press machine is primarily used for the surface treatment of melamine-faced panels through thermal curing.
Product Benefits:It imparts surface properties such as abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. The finished products also exhibit strong decorative appeal, extended service life, and high cost-effectiveness.
Applications:Widely adopted for surface finishing in furniture, flooring, wall cladding, and other decorative material applications.
Surface Texture Customization:The final texture effect is determined by the press plates installed inside the hot press. Different steel plate patterns and processing materials enable diverse surface effects, including glossy, matte, wood grain, leather grain, embossed, and 3D textures.
SCP1 - Short-Cycle Lamination Line for Thin Panels
Suitable for:
Semi-automatic operation, ideal for process testing, thin substrate processing, and small-batch orders.

SCP2 - Standard Short-Cycle Lamination Line
Suitable for:
Large-volume and standard order lamination. Compatible with multiple SPC2 press lines, featuring dedicated curing lines to support simultaneous production across multiple presses.

SCP3 - Intelligent Short-Cycle
Lamination Line
Suitable for:
Multi-functional intelligent lamination, integrating edge trimming, panel turning, dust removal, and curing processes.

Gantry Loading → Manual paper laying →Short-cycle Pressing → Eight-edge trimming →Double-sided micro dust cleaner → Cooling unit →Gantry Unloading
Individual Equipment Introduction
Intelligent Loading/Unloading Machine
Equipped with two core patented technologies: automatic base plate retraction and a drop-proof suction system. Enables continuous automated loading and unloading without manual intervention for enhanced efficiency.
Short-Cycle Hot Press Machine
Incorporates displacement sensors and accumulators for rapid pressurization, preventing paper blistering. Utilizes alternating slow and rapid release methods to avoid paper indentation.
Flexible Edge Trimming Machine
Employs pneumatic pressure adjustment to simulate manual trimming, ensuring clean edges free of saw teeth or chipping.
Double-sided Micro Dust Cleaner
Features dual-sided brushing with top and bottom brushes, complemented by electrostatic elimination and air knife blowing for superior surface cleanliness.
Automatic Panel Inspection Machine
Allows 45-degree observation of laminated surface effects, automatically identifies and conveys defective panels to a rejection area.
Multi-Functional Panel Cooling Unit
Designed with a contact-free support structure to prevent metal-to-surface contact, ensuring scratch-free panels throughout the cooling process.

Side-Shift Unit
•Integrates transition conveyor at the rear of the press, edgetrimming equipment, and panel turning equipment into a single mobile unit equipped with locking casters for transverse or longitudinal movement.
•Allows temporary conversion of the full automated line into semi-automatic mode, suitable for urgent small-batch orders, thin-panel production, or process testing requiring manual intervention.
•Facilitates forklift access for press plate replacement after equipment relocation.
Compact Air Blowing System
•Reduces equipment investment by replacing stationary electrostatic dust removers with movable air blow pipes to clear paper debris from panel surfaces.
•Features bidirectional nozzles that cooperate with gantry unloaders to achieve double-sided blowing.
Independent Raw Board Dust Removal System
•Operates independently from the press production line, minimizing contamination during production and improving lamination quality.
•Enables batch cleaning of raw boards and supports multiple press lines simultaneously.
